Please email email@example.com any defective or bad shipments within 5 days of arrival and we will exchange or refund your product based on circumstance.
After verifying and processing orders we send out packages using USPS. Customers do have the option to request insurance on their shipments for an additional $3.00 per $50.00 request. We expedite orders upon receipt. However, we ask to please allow at least 7 to 10 business days for arrival.
